Orange Ltd Possible Grade B Mobile Phone Scam as Long Time customer seems to be getting Ripped Off

I am a long term Orange customer who has had bad experience with upgrading and continuing with orange. I have been sent three phones and told they would be new. One was scratched and damaged, the second two where in unsealed boxes, and one had marks, i could be bothered to inspect the third as it was promised checks would be made before sending the next phone. I am thinking of leaving orange but that will mean i forfeit my earnt loyalty points.  And this would be no fault of my own as orange seem to be treating me poorly and hoping i would leave!! There call operators are forever making stuff up or parrot feed false information.

My videos are listed with the newest first.

Dealing with Orange has awful. 75% of my calls 1 have been given incorrect and misinformation.

Hi, Miss L informed and a verbal agreement was made that when all phones are sent back, they can authorise a phone pickup in store to complete the contract. I returned all the phones at my own labour expense. Today went to the shop, the manager seemed happy and would do so when confirmed over the phone that orange authorise this, OMG i have never been so let down and messed around. Firstly when I call, Phil @ Darlington appologised for incorrect comments he made a few min's before. Debra ignored notes and added her own interpretation, being stubborn and Jobs worth. I end that call as she would ignore my rationality and special circumstances issue. I call back, and Mark said that the Employee who told me that it was ok to pick up in shop and get same contract , was in fact misinforming me.

Now was that comment just to get me off the phone. Or was Miss L right, since she had sent me the 3rd phone out before the 2nd had arrived. Seems she has some clout or no how. I am hoping she will call, and speak to the shop herself this time.

I am very disappointed with the outcome and feel abused and let down again.

Orange's FAIL for a 2nd Attempt to send a NEW Mobile Phone . Sending customers poor quality

This has been brought to you within the public interest of the repeated poor standards & behavior of orange, thus making public orange comments do not breach any Laws.

Not the first time i have had lies and fob offs and call center staff making things up using guess work or being lazy.
Firstly the Confirmation of Order says purchase of phone, yet call manager said phones are a Gift !!

Secondly when i let him know the call was recorded i got the misinformed brain washed reply that some call operators blurb out without never checking the facts as i show in this video.

Since they now require my services to send the phone back, i can invoice them for my labour, and since its legal related to there failure to fulfil the sales contract the fee is higher.

Organisations give out false information and try it on will customers.
